A Message Regarding COVID-19

Dear Valued Customers,

We at Bill Dodge are closely monitoring the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation. The health and safety of each and every one of our customers and team members is particularly important to us. With this extremely fluid situation which is rapidly evolving we want to do our best to limit the spread of this virus while still remaining open to serve you.

In order to do our part in minimizing the spread we have increased cleaning and disinfectant measures throughout our entire operations. Sanitizing surfaces, door handles and other contact areas will be ongoing throughout the day. We will continue to increase these efforts each and every day until this virus has run its course.

We have instructed our staff to adhere to all CDC guidelines including limiting physical contact, washing hands and to stay home if there has been any suspected contact with an infected individual or any signs of illness.

We will continue to communicate with and educate our staff on CDC recommendations as they change or get updated.

We understand even with all these measures that some consumers are still uncomfortable entering an area of public gathering so we will make every effort to accommodate you as we can. This includes but is not limited to:

Coming to a location of your preference to facilitate the sale of a vehicle
Unmanned early drop off for service requests
Pick-up and delivery for servicing of vehicles
Effective 3/25, we will no longer be offering courtesy shuttle service to help facilitate social distancing and minimize interactions.
