A graduate of Bentley College as a business major, Win has grown up in the automobile business and has assumed more of a leadership role as the new century unfolds. Like his father, he has the ability to "see the big picture", make accurate assessments and select a management team that will continue to "grow the business". Win is married with four children and is an avid golfer. You'll see Win as he travels to all three Bill Dodge locations.

William Dodge, the "patriarch" and the dealer principal of the Auto Group. With almost four decades in the automobile business, "Bill" has become well known and well respected by owners and customers alike. He has served as President of the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) and has traveled the country promoting our industry. Quiet and reserved, he has succeeded by having an outstanding management, sales and service team...a team that believes in the same principle as Mr. Dodge: We are here to serve the customer.

A Boston University graduate, Stacy has also grown up in the automobile business. She has experienced the various positions that a dealership offers; sales, finance management and marketing. Stacy's day to day roles now include accounting, advertising and managing the wide variety of duties that are necessary to run a successful dealership. With her leadership skills she too has added to the Bill Dodge success. Ask Stacy about "Nascar" and the #88 car.

With more than 25 years in the automobile industry, including 18 years with the Bill Dodge Auto Group, John brings valuable expertise to the position of general manager. As the sales and service administrator, he oversees the Westbrook and Brunswick locations, successfully wearing a variety of hats every day. His office is “open” to employees and customers alike and he is more than willing to be of assistance and welcome suggestions. In whatever time he can find away from work, John enjoys his family, hunting, fishing, and Nascar.

Rick has over 27 years of experience in auto sales management. Rick has been with us for over five years and has been a great asset to us and our customers. Rick spends his spare time with his wife Lori, four children and three grandchildren.

Phil come to Bill Dodge with 10 years of experience in the automotive industry. When he isnt at work Phil enjoys time with his wife Shelly and his 2 boys Bryce and Brady. Phil is a fan of all things sports related.

Tyler in his off time enjoys sports and playing poker. He also likes to spend time with his girlfriend Heather and toddler son Connor.

Chad Caron is an enthusiastic automotive professional. Having worked for several dealerships from Maine to Connecticut, he has a very diverse knowledge of the auto industry. He strives to understand his customer's needs and is driven to provide the highest in customer satisfaction. He has worked in sales, sales management, and as a finance professional. That combination allows him to have a very unique understanding of dealership processes. Chad has been with The Bill Dodge Auto Group for nearly three years and looks forward to a long career filled with many happy memories.

A retired teacher from the Lake Region area, Bruce came aboard with Bill Dodge over fifteen years ago. His 20 years in public education and coaching have been a great assistance as he enjoys meeting and working with customers. A true BUICK specialist, he eagerly will explain the vehicle's attributes, often with wit and humor. Ask him about the Boston Red Sox.

After a unique position in the teaching profession that took him to the Arizona desert, this New Hampshire native joined the Bill Dodge family four years ago. Dave's ability to converse with his customer and his listening skills have contributed to a successful career. Dave will go the extra step to ensure lasting relationships. Ask him about his garden.

Thaddeus brings over fifteen years of sales experience to the Bill Dodge Auto Group. A native of Maine, Thaddeus graduated from S.M.T.C.. Being a part of the Bill Dodge family has allowed him to meet and help hundreds of super people who have brought him great memories. He enjoys various sports, especially football....GO PATS!!!! A father of one, Cote, is Thaddeus' pride and joy.

Al has been in the automotive industry for over 20 years, with 8 years of those with us. Al enjoys fishing, gardening, and hiking. Al has been married for over 31 years to his wife Cathy and has 2 children and three grandchildren. His favorite part of his job is getting to meet all the people.

Gary has been in the car business for over twenty eight years, nine of those here at the Bill Dodge Auto Group. Gary is familiar with all GM products and enjoys discussing and answering his customers questions. Gary grew up in Houlton and is married with three children and a grandson. Gary prides himself on his easy-going approach and doesn't feel the need to pressure his customers. His ultimate goal is to find the right vehicle for all his customers.

Bob joined the Bill Dodge family in March of 2003, bringing 35 years of automotive expertise. In September of 2007 Bob took an opportunity in Washington state but has found his way back to the East Coast. He enjoys the New England life style and "Mainers". Stop in to Bob's office to say hello, he loves to chat about motorcycles, hiking, or just about anything!

Bob has over 27 years of experience in the auto industry. He enjoys new challenges and meeting new people. He likes to chat with customers about everything from the weather to what they did last weekend! In his spare time you can find Bob hunting, fishing, and watching Nascar. Matt Taiani has been with the Bill Dodge Auto Group since December 2003. Matt enjoys camping, hiking, golfing, and spending time with his wife and two children. Matt loves the daily challenges that come with his job. Ask him about the Red Sox!

Bob has been working in the Automotive Business for 31 years. He has spent many of those years with the Bill Dodge service team. From Night Service Fleet Manager, to being a technician, and now as an Assistant Service Manager, Bob should be able to assist you with all of your automotive needs. Outside of the Bill Dodge service doors, you can find Bob hunting, fishing, camping and spending time with his family and friends.

Lloyd has been in the automobile industry for 34 years. When he is not working Lloyd enjoys hunting, fishing, cruising the lakes in his boat, and spending time with his 2 daughters.

Hollis started at the Bill Dodge Auto Group in 1998 and enjoys every day as it brings new challenges. In his time away from work, Hollis spends time riding his motorcycle, working on his home, and spending time with his wife and son. Ask him about basketball, the red sox, and the joys of fatherhood!

Shawn has been with the Bill Dodge Auto Group since April of 2004. He is always willing to answer your parts questions and make sure you get what you're looking for!

Jason has been at Bill Dodge for 3 years and is happy to join our GM parts team! Jason enjoys Nascar, Baseball, and spending time with his two children. His favorite thing about being a parts consultant? Helping customers get what they need.

Jeffrey has been working in the automotive industry for 7 years; he has been with us here at Bill Dodge Auto Group sense April 3, 2011. His favorite vehicle to drive is a 1960 Ford Thunderbird. Some of his hobbies are playing golf, music, fishing, fitness. He says his universe revolves around his children, Christian and Heidi, and his grandson Oliver. Jeffrey says that his favorite part about working here at Bill Dodge is making his customers happy.

A northern Maine technical college graduate with a double major in auto body and sheet metal construction with a minor in business management. Denny is a third generation technicians with over 35 years in the auto body industry. As the director of Brunswick and Westbrook locations he takes great pride making sure all repairs is done to the manufactures specifications for the safety of all our customers. Hiring only well trained experienced technicians has produced one of the largest top quality collision centers in New England. He has enjoyed coaching his two boy’s baseball, basketball and soccer teams for several years. In his spare time he likes to hunt, fish, ride motorcycles and snowmobile with family and friends.

Scott had been working in the automotive industry for 1 year and joined the Bill Dodge team last September. Steve’s favorite vehicle is the BMW 5 Series. He enjoys in his free time sports, skiing, bike riding and watching Nascar events. Scotts favorite things about his job are the people he gets to talk to and the money he makes.

Dave has been in all aspects of the collision repair industry for 25 years now.He has seen first hand the growth of the trade and knows the challenges of repairing todays complex vehicles.Staying up to date with I-CAR training and ever changing technology is something he takes pride in.He will be more than happy to assist you with any need you may have,helping to take the confusion and frustration out of an automobile accident.

Peter has been working in the automotive industry for 9 years; he has been with us here at Bill Dodge Auto Group sense 2008. His favorite vehicle to drive is the Turbo Optima. Some of his hobbies are playing hockey, and photography. Peter says that his favorite part about working here at Bill Dodge is that he gets to talk to so many different people from all over the country.

John has worked in the automotive industry for over twenty six years, with fifteen of them with the Bill Dodge Auto Group. John's easy-going personality and experience as a Finance Manager as well as sales makes the buying process an enjoyable one. John is married with five children and has one grandchild. John enjoys spending time with his family, working around the house and searching for antiques with his wife.

Michael started at the Bill Dodge Auto Group in 2008 and enjoys every day as it brings a different challenge and a new customer to build a positive relationship with. In his time away from work Michael enjoys camping, landscaping, collecting license plates, and model railroads. He has been married for the last 25 years to his wife Doreen and has two children David age 23, and Derek age 22. Michael says his favorite vehicle to drive is ether the Chevy Silverado or the GMC Sierra.

Steve has been in the automotive industry for over 17 years, with the last 5 years with us. Steve enjoys snowmobiling, boating, and stock car racing. His favorite cars to drive are any old Chevy with big HP. His favorite part of his job is the people he works with, and the whole group in general. They are very goal orientated not just idling along, but accelerating forward.

Richard has been working in the automotive industry for the last 30 years, Richard started at the Bill Dodge Auto Group in 1992. In his time away from work, Richard spends time going to baseball games with my son and my wife also going to hockey games. I also like going golfing with my son during the summer months and fall months before he goes back to school also going to plays and musicals with my wife. He says his favorit part about working here at Bill Dodge auto group is Meeting new people and talking to them and understanding what there needs are and to help them get the right part the first time; Also working with my co-workers as I have known most of them a very long time, working in a good environment and up to date facilities.

Nick started his automotive career as a salesperson for The Bill Dodge Auto Group back in 2000 and has worked hard to advance to his current position as the General Sales Manager of our Hyundai Franchise. Nick's easy-going personality and vast knowledge of the Hyundai vehicles make him a great asset to Bill Dodge. Nick resides in the Yarmouth area and away from work spends time with his two sons.

Mike joined the Bill Dodge Auto Group family in early 1998, and his many years of experience have given him an advantage directing our parts departments. His favorite vehicle is the GMC Sierra. In his spare time Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He loves the daily challenges that come his way. Ask him about hunting.

One of Bill Dodge's veterans, Bob has over twenty years experience in the automobile industry. Bob grew up in the car business starting with an auto parts store. Bob spends his time away from work with his family; two children, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren!

Although new to sales, Seth is not new to the Bill Dodge Auto Group. He started in our service department 6 years ago doing variety of jobs. Growing up in his father's variety store, Seth learned the importance of customer satisfaction and comes to work with a great attitude and an infectious smile! In his spare time, Seth enjoys the outdoors as well as working in the pit crew for his father's race team.

James started at the Bill Dodge Auto Group in February and is new to the car business. He is eager to learn and loves helping his customers find the right car for them. He lives in Freeport and outside of work, he enjoys hiking and running. Ask him about his love for dogs!".

Christopher has been in the automotive industry for over 6 years, with the last years of that with us. Christopher enjoys football, basketball, and hanging out with friends. Glenn Has been in the automotive industry for over 20 years over 15 of which have been with Bill Dodge. Glenn is an avid New England Sports fan. In his free time he enjoys out door activities and spending time with his wife and 3 girls.

Holly has many years of automotive experience and has been a friendly face at Bill Dodge for since 2001. Holly loves dealing with a variety of people and taking great care of her customers. Roger has been in the parts business for over 30 years! He has two children and three grandchildren. Away from work, Roger loves to camp and spend time with his family. He also enjoys gardening and riding his Goldwing. He is proud to be a part of the Bill Dodge Family.

Karl Leiter joined the company back in 1977, making him one of our longest tem employees. His favorite vehicle is a 1929 Bentley 4.5 Liter. He enjoys boating, motorcycling, and being outside. The best thing about his job is knowing that we have repaired or maintained your vehicle properly.

Zach came to the Bill Dodge Auto Group in 2003 with over 21 years of experience. Zach loves meeting new customers and solving their service problems!

Dan has worked in the Collision repair Industry for 10 years. He is I-Car Platinum Certified. And truly enjoys helping his customer's who have had the misfortunes of having an accident with their vehicle. Away from work Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, bowling and disc golf!

I have been in the automotive industry for over 30 years. I have been married to my wife Monique for 31 years, we have a son Abel. Away from work I like to go to camp and hunt and fish.

Steve had been working in the automotive industry for 26 years and joined the Bill Dodge team in the summer of 2006. Steve’s favorite vehicle is anything with an engine. He enjoys fishing in the summer, snowmobiling in the winter, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Tracy Noyes joins the Bill Dodge Auto Group with 12 years of experience. Her favorite vehicle is pretty much any SUV. She loves people, reading, and health/fitness. She has been happily married for 23 years and has 2 great children. She loves her customers and that everyday is different. Ask her about being a personal training and yoga!

Ronald Forgues has been with Bill Dodge for 16 years and has over 25 years of auto experience. His favorite vehicle is the BMW 540i stick shift. He enjoys fishing, hunting, and boating. Bill Jones has 35 years of automotive experience and has been with our company for four. His favorite vehicle is a 97 Jeep Wrangler for off- road activities. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and exploring back country. His favorite part of being a parts consultant is trying to find that mysterious part that no one else can locate.

Rick Libby originally joined the Bill Dodge Auto Group seven years ago. He loves driving his Road King Classic, golfing, and spending time with his wife and two sons. He enjoys the team atmosphere in the Infiniti Service Department. Ask Rick about antique tractors and motorcycles!

Tim has been in the automotive industry for over 20 years, with most of those 20 years with us. Tim enjoys spending time with his grandson. His favorite vehicle to drive is his Harley Davison. His favorite part of his job is taking care of the customer.

Lou brings 23 years of experience in the Automobile Business to the Bill Dodge Auto Group. His passion for customer relations and the automobile business has brought him great success over the years and many friends along the way. Lou's only son, Shawn, lives in the area and the two spend time together whenever possible. When away from work, you can find Lou riding his Harley or skiing with the Maine Handicap Ski Program as a volunteer ski instructor. When you meet Lou, ask him about his sky diving experience.

Damien has been in the automotive industry for over 6 years, with the last years of that with us. Damien enjoys building cars, metal fabrication, and photography. His favorite part of his job is the people he works with and the family owned atmosphere.

Tony has been in the automotive business for over 22 years. Outside of work tony enjoys spending time with his family and 2 kids. Tony's favorite vehicle to drive is a motorcycle.

Todd brings three years of experience in the car business to the Bill Dodge Auto Group. One of his favorite things about this profession is when people thank him for making their sales experience the best they ever had.
