Al joined the Bill Dodge family in 2010, bringing along 17 years of experience! He loves the products that he represents and working with different people every single day. In his time away from the dealership you can find Al gardening, woodworking, or fishing!

Alan came to the Bill Dodge Auto Group in 2011 with 26 years of experience. He enjoys getting to know his co-workers and customers. His favorite car is the BMW 335xi Coupe and in his spare time he loves golfing and doing things with his family.

Alex started his career in the automobile industry here at Bill Dodge in March of 2013. His favorite vehicle is the Kia Sorento, and he enjoys the opportunity to meet new people every day. In his free time, you can find Alex spending time with this two year old son.

Bill Jones has 35 years of automotive experience and has been with our company for four. His favorite vehicle is a 97 Jeep Wrangler for off- road activities. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and exploring back country. His favorite part of being a parts consultant is trying to find that mysterious part that no one else can locate.

Bob has over 27 years of experience in the auto industry. He enjoys new challenges and meeting new people. He likes to chat with customers about everything from the weather to what they did last weekend! In his spare time you can find Bob hunting, fishing, and watching Nascar. He also enjoys quality time spent with his family, especially his father, who liks to tell stories about "back in the day" on the family farm. Stop in and say hi to Bob anytime!

Bob joined the Bill Dodge family in March of 2003, bringing 35 years of automotive expertise. In September of 2007 Bob took an opportunity in Washington state but has found his way back to the East Coast. He enjoys the New England life style and "Mainers". Stop in to Bob's office to say hello, he loves to chat about motorcycles, hiking, or just about anything!

- Bob is a seasoned sales manager with 25 years of experience in auto sales. He joined Bill Dodge in 2009. Away from work, Bob loves to spend time on Sebago Lake with his wife and 3 girls wakeboarding, skiing, and fishing! His favorite thing about working here? Working for a family owned company where the employees and customers are treated like family.

Bob has been working in the Automotive Business for 31 years. He has spent many of those years with the Bill Dodge service team. From Night Service Fleet Manager, to being a technician, and now as an Assistant Service Manager, Bob should be able to assist you with all of your automotive needs. Outside of the Bill Dodge service doors, you can find Bob hunting, fishing, camping and spending time with his family and friends.

Brendan has worked with us at Bill Dodge in the Collision Center previously but started his current position just this year. He has worked in the automobile industry for fifteen years. In his free time, Brendan enjoys mountain and road biking. His favorite thing about his job is ensuring his customers get the most out of their vehicle by recommending routine service and maintenance.

Brittney started her automotive career here at the Bill Dodge Auto Group in 2012. She loves meeting new people and making sure our customers are happy. She loves the BMW 328xi, skiing, and spending time with her family.

Chad Caron is an enthusiastic automotive professional. Having worked for several dealerships from Maine to Connecticut, he has a very diverse knowledge of the auto industry. He strives to understand his customer's needs and is driven to provide the highest in customer satisfaction. He has worked in sales, sales management, and as a finance professional. That combination allows him to have a very unique understanding of dealership processes. Chad has been with The Bill Dodge Auto Group for nearly three years and looks forward to a long career filled with many happy memories.

Chris began his career in the auto industry here at Bill Dodge in June of 2011. When asked what he enjoys most about his job he says that he likes being able to talk with people, work with the public, and spend his time around cars. His favorite vehicles are GMC and Chevrolet trucks. In his free time he enjoys golfing, disc golf, boating, snowboarding, and pretty much anything that involves being outdoors. He also enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Cliff came to Bill Dodge in 2012 and enjoys the opportunity to meet new people every day. He likes to help his customers with the important decision of a new vehicle. At the end of each encounter, he finds that he creates friendships, not just customers. In his time away from the dealership, you can find Cliff golfing, hunting, fishing, and snowmobiling!

Cliff joined the Bill Dodge team in 2012 after 18 years of experience in automotive sales. He enjoys driving the Cadillac CTS-V, and in his spare time you can find him playing golf, hiking, or snowshoeing. Crystal has been in our Collision Center since 2008 greeting our customers when they walk through the door. She loves meeting new people every day in her position here at Bill Dodge. She is a huge animal lover and volunteers for the animal rescue causes.

Damien has been in the automotive industry for over 6 years, with the last years of that with us. Damien enjoys building cars, metal fabrication, and photography. His favorite part of his job is the people he works with and the family owned atmosphere.

Dan has worked in the Collision Repair Industry for 10 years and is I-Car Platinum Certified. He truly enjoys helping his customers who have had the misfortune of having an accident with their vehicle. Away from work Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, bowling and playing disc golf!

David has been in the auto business for 17 years, and joined the Bill Dodge Auto Group in 2011. He has a strong desire to help people and wants to make sure he finds the right car for his customers. In his free time David enjoys snowboarding, golf and being with his family.

Dave has been in all aspects of the collision repair industry for 25 years now.He has seen first hand the growth of the trade and knows the challenges of repairing todays complex vehicles.Staying up to date with I-CAR training and ever changing technology is something he takes pride in.He will be more than happy to assist you with any need you may have,helping to take the confusion and frustration out of an automobile accident.

After a unique position in the teaching profession that took him to the Arizona desert, this New Hampshire native joined the Bill Dodge family four years ago. Dave's listening skills and ability to converse with his customers has contributed to a successful career. Dave will go the extra step to ensure lasting relationships. Ask him about his garden.

A northern Maine technical college graduate with a double major in auto body and sheet metal construction with a minor in business management. Denny is a third generation technicians with over 35 years in the auto body industry. As the director of Brunswick and Westbrook locations he takes great pride making sure all repairs is done to the manufactures specifications for the safety of all our customers. Hiring only well trained experienced technicians has produced one of the largest top quality collision centers in New England. He has enjoyed coaching his two boy’s baseball, basketball and soccer teams for several years. In his spare time he likes to hunt, fish, ride motorcycles and snowmobile with family and friends.

Eric began his career with the Bill Dodge Auto Group in 2011. He has been in the automotive industry for 14 years and loves interacting with his customers and co-workers getting to know them. When Eric is not working hard he enjoys spending time with his family doing things outdoors and enjoys watching his kids in their extra-curricular activities. He enjoys watching NASCAR and loves all New England sports teams.

Gabe came to the Bill Dodge Auto Group in 2012 with over six years of experience in the auto industry. Gabe enjoys his job here because he loves how well our service team works together and the level of pride that we have in our work. His two favorite vehicles are the AMC Eagle 4X4 and the Subaru Brat. Away from work, you might find Gabe spending time with his family, riding his bike, playing music, hiking, snowshoeing or snowboarding.

Gina joined the Bill Dodge family in November of 2011 and loves her role here because she gets to help people and make them happy by finding the perfect vehicle for their needs. Her personal car is her favorite, she’s a Volkswagen fan! In her time away from work you can find Gina spending time with friends, family, and visiting her family’s home on West Grand Lake. She loves fishing and being outdoors.

Hollis started at the Bill Dodge Auto Group in 1998 and enjoys every day as it brings new challenges. In his time away from work, Hollis spends time riding his motorcycle, working on his home, and spending time with his wife and son. Ask him about basketball, the red sox, and the joys of fatherhood!

Holly has many years of automotive experience and has been a friendly face at Bill Dodge for since 2001. Holly loves dealing with a variety of people and taking great care of her customers. She enjoys four wheeling, snowmobiling, and time spent with her husband and son. Ask Holly about Nascar or her two dogs.

Jake joined the Bill Dodge Auto Group family in 2011, bringing along 6 years of experience in the automotive industry. In his free time you can find him playing softball, golf, and spending time with his family. Jake loves to drive the Kia Optima SX! When it comes to work, he loves the people he works with and working the numbers to get you the best possible deal!

Jim started working at Bill Dodge in 2012 after being in the automotive field for 8 years. His favorite vehicle is the Kia Optima SXL. He loves talking with a variety of people throughout the day and solving their automotive needs. In his free time, you can find Jim fishing, hunting, or hiking!

Jason has been at Bill Dodge for 3 years and is happy to join our GM parts team! Jason enjoys Nascar, Baseball, and spending time with his two children. His favorite thing about being a parts consultant? Helping customers get what they need.

John is a seasoned sales consultant with over 15 years of experience, many of which have been spent here at Bill Dodge. He has been with the company since 2000 helping people find the vehicle that fits their need and their budget. John enjoys watching the Celtics, Patriots, and spending time with his family… including his grandson John Bolling III

John has worked in the automotive industry for over twenty six years, with fifteen of them at Bill Dodge. John's easy-going personality and previous experience as a finance manager make the buying process an enjoyable one. John is married with five children and one grandchild. John enjoys spending time with his family, working around the house, and searching for antiques with his wife.

With more than 25 years in the automobile industry, including 18 years with the Bill Dodge Auto Group, John brings valuable expertise to the position of general manager. As the sales and service administrator, he oversees the Westbrook and Brunswick locations, successfully wearing a variety of hats every day. His office is “open” to employees and customers alike and he is more than willing to be of assistance and welcome suggestions. In whatever time he can find away from work, John enjoys his family, hunting, fishing, and Nascar.

Karl Leiter joined the company back in 1977, making him one of our longest tem employees. His favorite vehicle is a 1929 Bentley 4.5 Liter. He enjoys boating, motorcycling, and being outside. The best thing about his job is knowing that we have repaired or maintained your vehicle properly.

Lloyd has been in the automobile industry for 34 years. When he is not working Lloyd enjoys hunting, fishing, cruising the lakes in his boat, and spending time with his 2 daughters.

Marcel began working for Bill Dodge in 1990 and has twenty-six years of experience in the auto industry. He enjoys his job here at Bill Dodge because every day is a learning experience. He says his favorite vehicle is one that is paid for! But he is partial to the bowtie emblem. In his free time Marcel enjoys carpentry, photography, and travelling.

Matt starting working at Bill Dodge in 2011 and brings 16 years of experience. As a Used Car Sales Manager, he has several favorites because he sees a wide variety of vehicles and he thinks they are all cool in their own way. Matt loves working here because he gets to meet so many special people and he learns something new every day. In his free time, you can find Matt playing with his kids or acting as a role model for other kids of all ages by coaching football and baseball.

Matt Taiani has been with the Bill Dodge Auto Group since December 2003. Matt enjoys camping, hiking, golfing, and spending time with his wife and three children. Matt loves the daily challenges that come with his job. Ask him about the Red Sox!

Matt came to Bill Dodge in 2011 and really enjoys meeting new people each and every day! Matt is a “people person” who loves finding the right vehicle for his customers. He enjoys driving the Cadillac ATS, disc golf, and flag football!

Mike joined the Bill Dodge Auto Group family in early 1998, and his many years of experience have given him an advantage directing our parts departments. His favorite vehicle is the GMC Sierra. In his spare time Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He loves the daily challenges that come his way. Ask him about hunting.

Nick started his automotive career as a salesperson for the Bill Dodge Auto Group in 2000. He has worked hard to advance to his current position as the General Sales Manager of our Westbrook Auto Park. Nick's easy-going personality and vast knowledge of vehicles make him a great asset to Bill Dodge. Nick resides in the Gray area and spends his time away from work with his wife and 3 children!

Peter came to the Bill Dodge Auto Group in 2011 and has 14 years of experience in the automobile industry. When asked what Peter likes most about his job he said that he likes challenges. He likes being able to solve problems and share ideas that will help the company grow. He also said that his favorite thing about working for Bill Dodge is that they are a family first type of business, which is very important to him. In his free time, Peter likes to spend time with his wife, Megan, of 15 years, and his two kids, Paige and Cameron. He also enjoys sports, camping, and fishing.

Peter has been working in the automotive industry for 9 years. He has been with us here at Bill Dodge Auto Group since 2008. His favorite vehicle to drive is the Turbo Optima. He enjoys photography and playing hockey. Peter says that his favorite part about working here at Bill Dodge is that he gets to talk to so many different people from all over the country.

Rick Libby originally joined the Bill Dodge Auto Group seven years ago. He enjoys the team atmosphere in the Infiniti Service Department. Ask Rick about antique tractors and motorcycles!

Rick came to Bill Dodge Auto Group in 2011, bringing with him 35 years of automotive experience. He enjoys helping people and solving problems. His favorite make of vehicle is Hyundai. In his free time he enjoys playing golf, water skiing, boating, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and working on his properties.

I have been in the automotive industry for over 30 years. I have been married to my wife Monique for 31 years, we have a son Abel. Away from work I like to go to camp and hunt and fish.

Richard has been working in the automotive industry for the last 30 years, Richard started at the Bill Dodge Auto Group in 1992. In his time away from work, Richard spends time going to baseball games with my son and my wife also going to hockey games. I also like going golfing with my son during the summer months and fall months before he goes back to school also going to plays and musicals with my wife. He says his favorit part about working here at Bill Dodge auto group is Meeting new people and talking to them and understanding what there needs are and to help them get the right part the first time; Also working with my co-workers as I have known most of them a very long time, working in a good environment and up to date facilities.

Rick has been with the Bill Dodge Auto Group since 2006 but has over 30 years of experience in automotive sales! His favorite vehicle is the GMC Sierra, and he really enjoys meeting new people and helping his sales team grow! Outside of work you can find Rick fishing or relaxing with family.

Bob has been with the Bill Dodge Auto Group family since 2012 as a newcomer to the business with 2 years of experience. He has found that he loves having the opportunity to meet new people. He loves golf, skiing, and the BMW 535xi.

Bob began working at Bill Dodge in 2013, but is certainly not new to the auto industry with over 40 years of experience. He also worked with us at Classic in Falmouth from 1987-1990. His favorite thing about his job is the opportunity to meet new people. His favorite vehicle is the 1977 Porsche 911 Turbo. In his free time you can find Bob hunting, fishing, golfing, or watching football.

Rob joined the Bill Dodge Auto Group in 2010, bringing with him 11 years of experience in the auto industry. The best part of his job is working with his sales team to find the right vehicle for every customer.

Roger has been in the parts business for over 30 years! He has two children and three grandchildren. Away from work, Roger loves to camp and spend time with his family. He also enjoys gardening and riding his Goldwing. He is proud to be a part of the Bill Dodge Family.

Roger has over 16 years of experience in auto sales and joined the Bill Dodge family in 2012. He enjoys finding the right vehicle to create a happy customer! Outside of work you can find Roger spending quality time with friends and grilling on his deck!

Ronald Forgues has been with Bill Dodge for 16 years and has over 25 years of auto experience. His favorite vehicle is the BMW 540i stick shift. He enjoys fishing, hunting, and boating. He also loves spending time with his wife and daughter. Ron likes helping his customers and solving their problems.

Scott joined the Bill Dodge family in 1995 and is a parts expert! He loves being the Parts Manager for our Collision Center and overcoming daily challenges. His favorite ride is a '69 Mustang GT500. In his free time Scott likes to do woodworking!

Although new to sales, Seth is not new to the Bill Dodge Auto Group. He started in our service department 6 years ago doing a variety of jobs. Growing up in his father's variety store, Seth learned the importance of customer satisfaction and comes to work with a great attitude and an infectious smile! In his spare time, Seth enjoys the outdoors as well as working in the pit crew for his father's race team.

Shawn has been with the Bill Dodge Auto Group since April of 2004. He is always willing to answer your parts questions and make sure you get what you're looking for!

A Boston University graduate, Stacy has also grown up in the automobile business. She has experienced the various positions that a dealership offers; sales, finance management and marketing. Stacy's day to day roles now include accounting, advertising and managing the wide variety of duties that are necessary to run a successful dealership. With her leadership skills she too has added to the Bill Dodge success.

Steve had been working in the automotive industry for 26 years when he joined the Bill Dodge team in the summer of 2006. Steve’s favorite vehicle is anything with an engine. He enjoys fishing in the summer, snowmobiling in the winter, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Steve has been in the automotive industry for over 17 years, with the last 5 years with us. Steve enjoys snowmobiling, boating, and stock car racing. His favorite cars to drive are any old Chevy with big HP. His favorite part of his job is the people he works with, and the whole group in general. They are very goal orientated not just idling along, but accelerating forward.

Thaddeus has been with Bill Dodge since 2006 and has a variety of favorite vehicles including the 98 Chevy Corvette, GMC Ext Z71, and the Cadillac ATS! In his free time he enjoys his time with family, golfing, and rooting for the Patriots! When asked what he likes most about his job he states: I relish the opportunity to engage with so many different people. Lost in the process is the joy of helping people in difficult situations achieve their goals. There is a lot to be said for how Bill Dodge understands the needs of their customers.

Tim has been in the automotive industry for over 20 years, with most of those 20 years with us. Tim enjoys spending time with his grandson. His favorite vehicle to drive is his Harley Davison. His favorite part of his job is taking care of the customer.

Todd brings three years of experience in the car business to the Bill Dodge Auto Group. One of his favorite things about this profession is when people thank him for making their sales experience the best they have ever had. Outside of work, Todd enjoys spending time with his three daughters, fishing, and playing softball. Ask him about his favorite teams: the Red Sox, Celtics, Bruins, and Giants!

Tracy Noyes joins the Bill Dodge Auto Group with 12 years of experience. Her favorite vehicle is pretty much any SUV. She loves people, reading, and health/fitness. She has been happily married for 23 years and has 2 great children. She loves her customers and that everyday is different. Ask her about being a personal training and yoga!

Tyler came to the Bill Dodge Auto Group in January of 2012. He has five and half years of experience in the automobile industry but has been helping his dad in the garage ever since he was a kid. His favorite vehicle is the 1969 Ford Mustang Boss 302. He loves to work on cars, trucks, motorcycles, and anything that is engine related. In his free time, Tyler has an array of hobbies including dirt biking, four wheeling, snowmobiling, camping, boating, and bungee jumping. His favorite thing about his job is the friendly, family oriented atmosphere.

William Dodge, the "patriarch" and the dealer principal of the Auto Group. With almost four decades in the automobile business, "Bill" has become well known and well respected by owners and customers alike. He has served as President of the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) and has traveled the country promoting our industry. Quiet and reserved, he has succeeded by having an outstanding management, sales and service team...a team that believes in the same principle as Mr. Dodge: We are here to serve the customer.

A graduate of Bentley College as a business major, Win has grown up in the automobile business and has assumed more of a leadership role as the new century unfolds. Like his father, he has the ability to "see the big picture", make accurate assessments and select a management team that will continue to "grow the business". Win is married with four children and is an avid golfer. You'll see Win as he travels to all three Bill Dodge locations.
